		<description>I was at the same ASJA writers&#039; conference, and I laughed at the Neti Pot. The day after the conference, though, I got sick and was so congested that I could barely breathe. Being asthmatic, many OTC decongestants are contraindicated for me. The Neti Pot became my new best friend! I was so happy I had it, and used it many times a day. 

Thanks for the memory -- not of the illness, but of the remedy that I never would have known to try!</description>

I have a sea salt inhaler that I use for the kids.  The air runs over the large rock salt crystals so you inhale salty air and exhale through your nose to get it in to your nasal passage. It seems to help.</description>
