<description>It&#039;s interesting to see where someone’s focus is. I have never really thought about what I wrap my son&#039;s sandwich in everyday. This school year I decided no more school lunches. Instead, I make organic peanut butter sandwiches on millet flax bread with a dollop of honey. A bag of grapes and two homemade peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies made with organic ingredients, and homemade iced tea with agave nectar. Feeling pretty good about the lunch I make for my son. I feel like I am doing the right thing. It&#039;s more work and obviously not as easy as putting money in his food account at school, but I know what he is eating and he has embraced it. However, I wrap his organic peanut butter sandwich in wax paper. OMG! Yet another thing to investigate and change. Thanks Karen for giving me more work to do. LOL!
